ReplyDeleteMy mum knows WINZ inside out and back to front (she works in a budgeting and crises agency and is damn good at her job) - she can also organise food parcels (really) - you are welcome to email me anytime for advice or her contacts. Most likely she will even know of grants/entitlements you may never even have heard of!

Film festival - I really want to see "There Once Was an Island" - all about Richard Moyle (my thesis supervisor) and an Island called Taaku which is about to disappear under the rising water. Most amazing sounding music! A sad doco about the loss and dispersal of a culture.
