Less = More?

To bed with cramps.
Cramps thru the night.
Cramps upon awakening, etc. etc.
Tonight they seem to have ebbed away.
I am to have my chemo scaled down, in terms of the fluorourocil (the stuff I carry in my pump).
Dr T reckons this will make for a more comfortable ride in future.
